Your final quote is tailored to the specific equipment, time, and service level required. Use these starting rates to plan your budget:
General Hourly Minimum: All non-event mobile services (including standard mobile recording, editing, and consultation) start at $50 per hour.
Local Artist Rate: Our dedicated in-house Studio Sessions start at the reduced rate of $40 per hour.
Event Pricing: All live events (weddings, corporate, parties) are quoted per job, but we're happy to provide a custom starting estimate after a brief consultation.
To secure our services for your date, we follow a simple, reliable 3-step process:
Consultation & Quote: We finalize your needs and provide a firm quote based on your vision.
Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required upon signing the digital contract. This officially books your date and time.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event or recording date.
Studio 757 Sound proudly serves the entire Hampton Roads region. All rates quoted for projects within the 757 area include travel time.
Outside 757 Travel Fee: For locations outside the main Hampton Roads area, a minimal travel fee will apply. This is calculated at $0.70 per mile round trip from Norfolk, VA, and will be clearly included in your custom quote.
